UK-based technology company Nothing has officially announced that its upcoming device, the Phone 3, will be launched on July 1. The launch event is set to take place in London. The announcement was made by CEO Carl Pei in a video released on the company’s official YouTube channel.
The Phone 3 will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, making it the company’s most advanced smartphone to date. Pei’s video also covered key developments at the company, including its R-&D efforts, progress in audio hardware, the Essential Space platform, and trends influencing the tech market.
In the U.S., the Nothing Phone 3 is likely to retail at $799. If Nothing maintains its established pricing pattern, the Indian price may be lower by approximately Rs 15,000. This suggests an Indian price point between Rs 58,000 and Rs 60,000.
The Phone 3 will continue the brand’s signature design elements, with updated dot matrix patterns on the back panel. Production of the handset will take place in India, aligning with Nothing’s push to serve regional demands efficiently.
The Phone 3 is expected to house a triple-camera setup on the rear. The module is likely to include a standard wide-angle sensor, an ultra-wide option, and a telephoto lens, supporting a variety of photographic use cases.
Though the battery specifications remain unconfirmed, leaks suggest a 5,000mAh cell. The device will reportedly support 45W wired charging and 15W wireless charging.
